Register Search & Introduction
In some situations, we may be able to introduce professionals to clients (whether educational institutions or families) for a one-off introduction fee. There is no up-front fee for our Register Search & Introduction services. In such cases, the contract of engagement would be between the professional and the client, but we advise both parties on the terms of engagement in accordance with local laws.
The one-off introduction fee is typically 20% of the annual remuneration, inclusive of benefits, of the contracted party.

Register Search & Supply
In other situations, we may be able to supply professionals to clients (whether educational establishments or families) for an agreed supply fee for a pre-determined assignment. There is no up-front fee for our Register Search & Supply services. In such cases, the contract of engagement will be between us and the client due to the fact that the professional would be contracted by us.
The supply fee is the hourly rate per subject as specified on our pricing pages, depending on whether it is general support, preparatory support, or residential home-education support.
RECRUITMENT
Advertised Search & Selection
Our Advertised Search and Selection services are particularly effective recruitment solutions for prospective employers who are seeking to identify an above-average candidate with anonymity, or where in-house resources to travel overseas to screen and select are limited. An up-front retainer is payable, as well as a residual introduction fee on successful engagement. The retainer is GB £2,000 and the residual is the difference between the retainer and the 20% introduction fee, based on the gross remuneration of the candidate appointed. The cost of advertisements is also payable separately. The contract of engagement is between the client and the professional.
